Cancellation:
Summer - If notice of cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation date, a refund of the deposit, less a $10 per room cancellation fee, will be given. Within 24 hours, there are no refunds unless we are able to resell the room. If we resell the room, there would be a full refund less the $10 per room cancellation fee
Winter - Your deposit, less a $10 per room cancellation fee, will be refunded happily if cancellation is made AT LEAST 21 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Within 21 days, no refund is possible regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to re-book the room. Then, there would be a full refund less the $10/room cancellation fee. |
