| Cancellation:
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to Guest's scheduled date of arrival, a Cancellation Fee of $50.00 is charged, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest via company check. 20 to 15-days forfeits the Booking Deposit*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-rented for the entire duration and at the same rental rate, in which case only the $50.00 Cancellation Fee applies. |

FROM VANCOUVER B.C: Take Highway 99 South to the Canada/USA border crossing, then I-5 south to Bellingham exit #255 (Sunset Drive - Mt. Baker Highway #542). Turn left at the end of the offramp and proceed (east directly to our office in the village of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time: 1.5-hours. |
