Cancellation:
All Balances on your reservation must be in our hands (by check or credit card) no later than 30 days from the initial check in date.
If the balance is not paid by that time, we
will automatically charge the balance to your credit card.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, for any reason, prior to 14 days, and you have paid only the deposit, we will issue a credit voucher for the full amount that is good for 2 years. Should the entire balance be paid prior to 14 days of arrival, we will credit your credit card or send our check for the balance portion and a credit voucher for the deposit.
