Cancellation:
All Balances on your reservation must be in our hands (by check or credit card) no later than 30 days from the initial check in date.
If the balance is not paid by that time, we
will automatically charge the balance to your credit card.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, for any reason, prior to 30 days, and you have paid only the deposit, we will issue a credit voucher for the full amount that is good for 2 years. Should the entire balance be paid prior to 30 days of arrival, we will credit your credit card or send our check for the balance portion and a credit voucher for the deposit.
Should you cancel your reservation within the 30 day period for any reason, we will refund only the state tax... service charge ... show tickets, and issue a voucher for the deposit of $20 per person. You must call the reservation office during business hours. |
