St Augustine Bed and Breakfast - Carriage Way is located in the heart of the historic district amid unique and charming shops, museums and historic sites.
The beautifully restored Victorian home was built in 1883 by the Masters family. In 1984, extensive restoration brought it back to its original grandeur. In the main inn, there are nine rooms filled with antiques and reproductions. The atmosphere is leisurely and casual. In 1998, Carriage Way restored the "Cottage" that was built in 1885. There are two bedrooms in the "Cottage," each with its own Victorian style bathroom. The living room/dining room common area and bedrooms are also carefully appointed with antiques and reproductions.
Our home baked full breakfast includes coffee, tea, juice, entree, freshly baked breads and fresh fruit in season.
Carriage Way was chosen one of eight lodgings in all of Florida as "Fodor's Choices" in "Fodor's Affordable Florida." |

Cancellation:
. Deposits are refundable, (less a $50.00 nonrefundable portion) if your reservation is cancelled at least seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Holiday periods, special events, multiple room reservations and "Cottage" reservations require fourteen days notice of cancellation.
Early departures and late cancellations are charged for the full stay as reserved, so please reserve only those days that you will need.
