Cancellation:
In the event that you must cancel, if 14 or more days notice is given prior to the scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee per cancelled room.
If less than 14 days notice is given prior to the scheduled arrival, your deposit is forfeited.
In the event that you must shorten your stay per the confirmed reservation, there will be a refund only if we are able to re-rent the room for the remaining period of your reservation.

I-93 north to exit 20 then follow Rt 3 north for approximately 5 miles to the Winnisquam bridge. At the light before the bridge, turn left onto Bay Rd. Then take the third right onto Lower bay Rd. We are on the left (approx 1/4 mi.). Look for our sign and for the gazebo on the lake side.
