This beautiful Victorian home offers inviting elegance in a wooded setting. Hardwood floors, leaded-glass windows, oak paneled staircase and wrap-around porch add to serene relaxation in ideal surroundings. Spacious guest rooms are complete with antiques, cozy wing chairs, Persian rugs and private baths, Queen-size beds, and A/C. Two suites available: the 1st reproduces the serenity of the northwoods as a replica of the inside of a log cabin. It includes a stone-mantle gas fireplace, viewed from either the two-person Jacuzzi or the comfort of the bedroom. The 2nd suite features the same amenities but is decorated in the flair of the late 19th century. One room sports a handpainted mural that transforms the room into a canopied tree loft high in the treetops and is complemented by a gas fireplace. During the summer swim in the heated pool or walk 1/2 block to Lake Michigan to enjoy spectacular sunsets |

Birthday Bash
You provide the birthday, and we'll handle all the arrangements. All you need to do is bring your birthday suit (and suitcase). Upon arrival, you'll enter a celebration-filled room with 10 helium balloons all inscribed with messages foretelling of the wonderful event taking place, a birthday bouquet, a couple of cool party hats, a camera to remember the day and a wine and cheese basket. We'll also include for your gastronomical pleasure a voucher toward dinner at one of Saugatuck's finest restaurants. But the piece de resistance is a specially made birthday cake.

Sherwood Forest Gourmet Dinners
November through April, let us wine & dine you. Book the entire bed & breakfast for 2 days or more and we'll have such a feast catered, your taste palates won't allow any leftovers. We've cornered the market on the best chefs Saugatuck and Douglas have to offer. These epicurean wizards of gastronomic delights will amaze you in what will be your own dining room. Here are the details: dinner is $45 per person, guests must provide their own alcohol, and a 2-night minimum stay is required (deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation is made within 30 days of the date). Here's the skinny: you pick the date November through April and we'll pick the chef. Bring your appetite and whatever you need to wet your whistle, sit down and dinner is served.
