Property
Details
Built in 1793, this massive wood frame building with broad eight-foot wide fireplaces was once home to a prosperous Yankee entrepreneur and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Lovingly restored and meticulously maintained, the Inn offers warmth, charm, and eye-pleasing details that are very much in keeping with its history and with the character of this island.
The Inn is noted for it's exceptional dinners and friendly staff. All rooms have private baths, sitting areas and water views. There are 3 efficiency cottages available for families. The Island offers spectacular coastal views, hiking, sailing and unsurpassed coastal kayaking!
