| Cancellation:
Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, we do require at least 14 days' advance notice (21 days during Tanglewood and Foliage Seasons, and New Year's, and longer for groups of 3 or more rooms) by telephone. With at least 14 (21) days' notice, we will refund your deposit, less a service charge of 10% of your total reservation. |

From the Mass Pike (I-90) exit at Exit 2, follow Rte. 20 west for five miles. At second traffic light, turn left to Historic Lenox (Walker Street, 183 West, Rte.7A).At the monument, bear right,and proceed up the hill. Birchwood Inn is located on the right, just before the crest of the hill. Turn right onto Hubbard Street and left into the drive. Parking and the entrance is around the back of the inn.

Albany (NY) Airport is less than an hour from Lenox while Bradley International Airport (Hartford CT) is an hour-and-a-half from Lenox. From Albany, take I-90 south. From Hartford, take I-91 north to the Mass Pike West. |
