The house is located in the prestigious and historical W. Main St. of Bellevue, Ohio, founded in 1815. Bellevue has the unique fame of being the home to Henry Flagler and Stephen Harkness

Our Inn features five bedrooms in four suites, and an extended-stay executive apartment, all appointed with genuine period antiques, hand woven oriental carpets, Victorian era and other fine furniture and each with a private bath. |

Cancellation:
Due to our limited number of rooms, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If you are unable to join us and you contact us more than 10 days prior to your arrival, we will assess you a 10% service charge per night administrative charge unless we are able to rebook the suite you had reserved. In the unfortunate event that you contact us within 10 days of your arrival date, your reservation charges (one nights reservation) are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the suite you had reserved. Should you need to cancel, we will sincerely attempt to rebook your room so that you do not incur these charges.

Romance Package
This package will put you in one of our large suites with a marvelous separate Jacuzzi bathroom. Included will be plenty of candles, a bottle of local Northern Ohio wine (your choice, red or white)- wrapped in fine linen, in an vintage silver wine cooler (a non-alcoholic bottle can be substituted), antique wine glasses, fresh fruit and fresh flowers in a vase for you to take home with you. Also, this package will provide you a basket of culinary delights,prepared by our local baker with cookies & candies. A later breakfast time will be accommodated to allow you to sleep in the next morning; along with a later check-out time.
Price: $110 added to the price of the suite; $130 for long stem roses
Lake Erie Outing
Enjoy the best that North Central Ohio has to offer by spending some quality time on Lake Erie. The Victorian Tudor Inn is able to extend to its guests two excursions on Lake Erie. Enjoy these trips under the auspices of experienced Lake Erie seaman, Capt. Tom Ray, on board his 2002 30 ft. Sport craft docked at Catawba Island (which is accessible by vehicle).
*Fish for walleye and perch during an up to eight hour (water time) excursion. Capt. Ray's experience will lead you to the best local areas for your catch. All rods, tackle, ice are provided. $480 in addition to your room charge.
*Enjoy a relaxing 2 hour tour of the North Central Ohio shoreline. See Cedar Point and Sandusky from the Lake and visit the islands. $200 in addition to your room charge.
College Visit
We are near Heidelberg College and Tiffin University, Terra Community College, and the BGSU Firelands Campus. In addition to the wonderful accommodations we can provide, you will also have the opportunity to converse with the Innkeeper, a former University Dean, and get important information about higher education, including crucial questions to ask of your school. The Innkeeper during his career oversaw crisis management/campus security, the residence halls, student orientation, counseling and health services, Greek life, study abroad programs, Div. III athletics, and other departments. Stay for two nights and any family members visiting a college student will receive 20% off their second overnight; stay for three nights and receive 30% off the third evening.
Winery Visit
All guests of the Inn are entitled to complimentary wine samples, and entertainment, at Sand Hill Winery, minutes from the Inn.
