Farrell House Lodge at Sunnybrook Trout Club is a replica of an 1890â??s Southern mansion tucked away on 130 acres of private woodlands near Sandusky Ohio. It was built in 1941 by a Sandusky businessman as a wedding gift to his bride. From 1965 to 1985 it was owned by Owens Corning as a corporate retreat.
The Farrell House Lodge in conjunction with Sunnybrook Tout Club offers a gracious and traditional lifestyle, residential dining, and year-round trout fishing. It is a perfect spot for weekend getaways and romantic escapes as well as extended vacation stays. Those who enjoy the sport of fly fishing will find ample room to cast. Winding through its picturesque meadows is a two mile stretch of Cold Creek--a legendary Ohio spring-fed stream which gives shelter to three species of trout. |
