Description of Units
Unit 1 - High 1st Floor:
3 bedrooms with a king size bed in master bedroom, 1 or 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, a queen size bed in 3rd bedroom, a living room which has a comfortable full size pull-out couch, dining room, fully functional kitchen and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 6 - 7.
Unit 2 - 2nd floor:
3 bedrooms, 1 den. There is a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a full futon bed in the den, a living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 7 - 8.
Unit 3 - Lower Floor:
2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a living room which has a comfortable full size pull-out couch, dining room, fully functional kitchen and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 4 - 6.
Reservations
Special Weekly rates for couples during off-season & non-holiday weekends (Dec - Feb ONLY): $995/week
IL Tourism taxes and other charges also apply. Rates depend upon # of people staying and the season. Rates are subject to change untill reservation is confirmed.

Parking
No assigned Parking spots available, but can offer visitor parking permit for street parking. Parking is almost never a problem with permits
