LimeRock Inn is tucked away on a quiet street in Rocklandâs Historic District yet steps away from a visit to the world-class Farnsworth Museum, fine dining, European-style shopping, and what Down East magazine referred to as "mid-coast Maine's most beautiful ocean walk." Encircled by a wraparound porch and landscaped gardens, this beautiful turreted Victorian mansion is an exquisite example of Queen Anne architecture and reminiscent of the gracious lifestyle of a bygone era.
From the sidewalk, our wicker furnished wraparound porch invites you. Once inside, warm colors of the foyer welcome you. Enjoy a quite conversation on the porch or in our formal parlor or relax by the fireplace in the living room with a book from our library. Beyond the foyer are eight, well-appointed, luxurious guest rooms decorated to create an environment of comfortable elegance. Architectural details and period furnishings evoke charm and character that enhance the overall feeling of comfort and hospitality.

Festival of Lights (11/28/08 - 11/30/08)
What better way to welcome the holiday season than to visit Rockland for a traditional, coastal town celebration? The Historic House Tour will include seasonal demonstrations by the Historic Inns of Rockland in gingerbread making, creative gift wrapping and Victorian holiday customs. Our shops and galleries are open extended hours for your convenience making this a great alternative to fighting for a parking space at the mall. You can also indulge in foods of the season during the “Eat, Drink and Be Merry” celebration on Main Street. The package includes the following:
Canned food items, so you can vote for your favorite parade float
Two tickets to the Historic House Tour on Sunday from 1-4pm
Historic Inns of Rockland canvas shopping bag filled with wrapping paper, tape, ribbon and our exclusive Historic Inns of Rockland gift tags
INN-Dulgences cookbook
One-night packages range from $150 to $199 (double occupancy). Book a 2nd night and receive $25 in Mid-Coast Money redeemable for a holiday shopping spree at participating merchants.
Last Minute, Best Room, Great Value!
Just in time for Fall colors or a spontaneous getaway, book any weeknight (Sunday – Thursday) at Limerock Inn 48 hours or less from arrival, and we’ll give you a free upgrade. That’s right, we’ll put you in the best room available for the dates requested, but we’ll charge you the lowest available rate for the same stay. That’s up to an $80 value per night. It’s that simple, and there’s no multi-night stay requirement.
This offer is valid through October 15, 2008 and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. You must mention this promotion at booking. Pending reservations excluded. Friday and Saturday night high season rates apply. Please contact us for details and more information.
