Due to only have four rooms cancellations affect us tremendously. We require at least two weeks notice PRIOR to your scheduled date of arrival for any cancellations/date changes. Cancellations within the two week period forfeit entire deposit. Cancellations outside the two week period receive refund minus $25 fee (for each room & each night cancelled). |
