The Greenville Inn is a luxurious 1895 Victorian bed and breakfast inn â affordably accommodating singles to families of six â which offers easy elegance and relaxing respite amid the rugged beauty of the Maine wilderness. This majestic historic mansion overlooks the Town of Greenville, the East Cove of Moosehead Lake and the Big and Little Moose Mountain ranges. A leisurely one block stroll from the front door has guests at the shore of Moosehead Lake and the shopping area of Greenville, Maine.
A choice of accommodations is delightfully varied with rooms, suites and cottages; all individually decorated. The individually appointed guest rooms are equipped with all the comforts and facilities for discerning leisure and business travelers, including cable TV, wireless internet access, private baths as well as exclusive toiletries. Each Suite has its own unique décor, some with original wood burning fireplaces, private sitting rooms, oversized soaking tubs, marble English shower, fluffy robes or a two person bubble whirlpool tub. |

A complimentary breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, fresh fruits, juices, cereals, yogurt, and hot daily specials await you from 8:00-9:30 AM.
Our two dining rooms are renowned for atmosphere as well as gourmet fine dining. Our round large dining room boasts of fireside dining and a magnificent view of the lake, mountains and town below. Our smaller dining room is decorated with a Victorian flair with burgundy and sage accents to compliment the wallpaper and original artwork. It also has the same extraordinary views. Most evenings, our guests are treated to a glorious sunset which can be viewed from every table in both dining rooms.
Reservations are strongly suggested.

| Cancellation:
We must receive notice from guests of any cancellation or change in number of rooms or nights reserved no later than 4 p.m., thirty calendar days prior to guest's arrival in order to receive a refund. Cancellations and changes are subject to a $ 30.00 fee. If notice is not received 30 calendar days prior to date of arrival, guest forfeits 100% of the deposit. If we are unable to resell you room(s) for the exact nights you reserved, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay. |

Stay with us for two nights in the month of May and enjoy some muddy specials. Your stay includes breakfast both mornings with âmuddy chip pancakesâ or âmud-wafflesâ and our usual sumptuous buffet. Upon arrival you will receive some of our âmuddy no-bake cookiesâ. You choose which evening to enjoy your âmud-covered fruitâ and mud-popcorn with a bottle of champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling juice. You will enjoy our usual warm hospitality amid historic Victorian splendor, all while taking in the ânon-muddy viewâ of mountains and Moosehead Lake.
