| Cancellation:
Cancellation of reservations must be made fourteen days before arrival date. Failure to cancel will cause 30% of the full period rate or one night's stay, whichever is greater to be charged to the credit card holder securing the reservation. The Resort will not accept any event as cause for an exception to this rule. Reservations made in the cancelation period will have 24 hours to cancel without penalty. No refunds will be given for early departures. All rates are subject to 9% sales and county tax plus a 2% resort service fee. |
