Early morning tray. If you like, start your day with a cup of coffee or tea from the tray set out in the foyer of your floor in the main house. Your coffee is blended and fresh-roasted right here in Bar Harbor. Tea is brewed - not a tea bag and warm water - and includes blacks and greens, both regular and decaf, plus a variety of herbals.
During spring, summer and early fall a full hot breakfast is served at tables for two in the breakfast room overlooking the Graycote gardens and croquet court or at the large table in the dining room. In late fall and winter enjoy a cozy fireside breakfast at the dining room table. Breakfast is served restaurant-style (not buffet-style) year-round.
We support Maine farmers and food producers in our menus.

If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 14 days in advance of the first day of the reservation we continue to hold the deposit. You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation; this is what has been entered in our book. Your reservation has blocked out other potential guests for the entire time you reserved. We will do our best to rerent the room and we will refund your deposit to the extent that your entire reservation is resold. For example, if you reserved 5 nights and made a 2 night deposit the first 3 nights that are rerented contribute no refund. If 4 nights are resold you would receive a one night refund. If all 5 nights are resold you will receive a refund of your deposit minus the $25 service charge. If the deposit was made by check the refund is by check. If the deposit was made by credit card a credit is issued to that same credit card. |
