The inn's cuisine has been showcased in many books such as Great Cooking with Country Inn Chefs by Gail Greco. In Fodor's 2001 Compass Guide to Georgia, well-known food writer John T. Edge says "Probably the best white tablecloth restaurant in the mountains can be found at Glen-Ella Springs Inn."
A bountiful breakfast served to inn guests each morning includes homemade granola, fresh fruit, homemade breads and a hot entree.
