Serenely located high above the valley on the side of Castle Rock, The Penrose is less than a mile from two landmark red rock monuments--Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. Our three quiet, hillside acres bordering Forest Service land in a residential neighborhood offers some of the area's most spectacular red rock views including a panoramic view of the Village, Jacks Canyon, Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, Red Butte, Castle Rock, and Wildhorse Mesa.
The Penrose features five guest rooms: one on the first floor, four on the second. Each room's private bath has either a two-person shower or a double Jacuzzi with separate shower.
The Penrose serves a complete breakfast from 8-9A in the breakfast room or, if guests prefer, on the deck. |
