Cancellation:
Because of our small size, cancellations and no shows affect us significantly. For this reason cancellations must be made ten days prior to the date of arrival to avoid full room charges. In the event we are able to rebook the room for the duration of your booking, there will be no charge.
If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or contact us to cancel, they will be charged for the full amount of the stay. |

FROM THE NORTH: Exit the New York State Thruway (Interstate 87) at Interchange 20 (Saugerties). Turn left onto Route 32 South and right onto 212 West. Go about 9 miles and enter Woodstock. At the center of town turn right onto Rock City Road. Our inn is 3/4 of a mile on the right.
FROM THE SOUTH: Exit the New York State Thruway (Interstate 87) at Interchange 19 (Kingston). At the rotary take Route 28 west toward Pine Hill. Go about 8 miles and turn right onto 375. Turn left onto 212 and in the center of Woodstock turn right onto Rock City Road. Our inn is 3/4 of a mile on the right. |
