Twin Gables of Woodstock, New York was opened as a guest home after the Great War, when Woodstockers found that vacationers and artists, attracted to the area by its clean air and natural beauty, needed lodging. The architecture and furnishings create an ambiance that revives the relaxed, easy living of that time. You have your choice of nine bedrooms with private and shared baths, dispersed between the first and second floors for added privacy. You may choose from twin or double beds, and all rooms have closets, luggage racks, reading areas, extra pillows and blankets, portable fans, original art, and air conditioning. Guest robes are provided for those who share a bath.

From the North (1 hour from Albany): New York State Thruway South to Exit 20 - Saugerties. After toll booth, go left to stop sign, then right onto Route 212 to Woodstock (about 10 miles). Bear left at Village Green block and travel 1 block; Twin Gables is the yellow and greenhouse on your left.
Bus Transportation: Adirondack Trailways bus line from New York City Port Authority. Woodstock bus stop is at the Village Green, one block from Twin Gables. Go left after exiting bus.
