High on a hill overlooking the scenic Connecticut River and the hills of Vermont, you'll find Breakfast on the Connecticut. Built in 1996 and first opened in mid-1997, Breakfast on the Connecticut sits on 23 acres in rural Lyme just a dozen miles north of Hanover and Dartmouth College. It has fifteen rooms, each with private bath and some with in-room whirlpool tubs. Each room has its own color TV/VCR, telephone and individual climate control. |

From the South (on the Interstate): From I-89 North, cross the Connecticut River into Vermont and take I-91 North to Exit 14 (Thetford/Lyme). Proceed east for 1.4 miles to Route 5. Take a right on Route 5 and then take an immediate left to cross the Thetford bridge. After crossing the bridge, take your first left onto River Road, go approximately 3 miles and you will see our sign on the left. The B&B is well set back from the road.
From Hanover: Take the Lyme Road (Rte 10) north out of Hanover. Pass by Lyme Green staying on Ret. 10. Approximately 2 miles after the Lyme Congregational Church on the Green, take a left on to North Thetford Road. At the end of the road, take a right on to River Road and our sign is approximately 1.2 miles down on the left,
From the North: Take I-91 South to Exit 14 (Thetford/Lyme), then follow directions from the south. |
